Set up fees include $250 initial plate charge (1 color) and $55 per additional color (2-4)   Art work must be submitted in vector format (Adobe Illustrator)   Text must be converted to outlines   Art work received in incorrect formats will incur additional graphic fee @ $50 per hour   Proofs: we will provide 2 revisions per customer. Further revisions will be $50 per proof   Specific pantone color ID's are required when submitting artwork.   Colors on the finished product may vary slightly   Artwork proofs will be returned electronically to the customer within 1 weeks   Rush orders can be accommodated but will incur additional design and handling fees   Born From Corn must have a signed copy (fax or email) of the proof before processing the order
	Quotes & Payment:
Contact Born From Corn for a order form or download from our web site   An accurate quote will be delivered prior commencing work   All one time set-up fees are charged prior to beginning work   Additional set up fees are calculated and billed after an approved proof   Customer is responsible for half of total order amount after signed proof is received   Balance is due when the order is delivered upon receipt
	How to Order:
Completely review all of the terms and conditions above   Call us at  415.571.8187   with questions or quote requests   Complete the order form or confirm quote, submit artwork and pay deposit fee   Once artwork is received a proof will be provided for your approval within 1 weeks   Once approved and signed proof is received we will require half of the full order amount in advance   Once order is shipped from our warehouse you will be billed for the balance due; goods will only be released upon receipt of payment or COD can be arranged   All artwork and proofs can be submitted via email to artwork@bornfromcorn.com or uploaded to our FTP site. We will provide details upon request   Fax for signed proofs:  415-532-1556   We accept Visa and Mastercard. Checks are accepted however checks must be processed before the order is released   We will contact you when your product is ready for shipment and arrange delivery   Shipping: will be included in the final quote unless customer decides to arrange own logistics
